At Sportbee, we aim to communicate our shipping policy in clear and simple language, so our customers fully understand the process and feel confident in their purchases. We are committed to maintaining transparency and reliability in every aspect of our shipping operations.
1. Packages are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days, excluding public holidays and Sundays, after payment is received. We ship via reputable national couriers with tracking options. Regardless of the shipping method you choose, we will provide a link to track your package online.
2. Shipping fees cover handling, packing, and postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, while transport fees vary based on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend grouping your items in one order, as we cannot combine separate orders, and shipping fees will apply to each. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but we take special care to protect fragile items.
3. Our boxes are generously sized to ensure your items are well-protected.
4. Our courier partners deliver shipments on working days from Monday to Saturday, between 9 am and 7 pm. Please note that working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as unexpected delays due to weather or strikes.
5. Once your package is shipped, we will email you the tracking information.
Return & Exchange Policy
As a customer, you can cancel your order at any time before the cut-off time for your selected slot by contacting our customer service. In this case, refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days, and the amount will be credited to your bank account. If we any fraudulent activity or transactions that violate our terms and conditions, we reserve the right to those orders at our discretion. We will keep a record of all fraudulent and customers, denying access or canceling any orders placed by them.
